1. DD- She ALWAYS calls Sleeping Beauty- 'Sleeping Cutie' ~ it makes me crack a smile EACH time.
2. DS- I was nursing Chase and we were having a nice quiet calm nursing moment (rare with Mr. Active) and he was nursing all calmly an almost asleep- until he grabbed his foot with one hand, lifted his leg and let a big one go. He opened his eyes- looked at me smiled and had milk dribble down his cheek. And then closed his eyes and went back to nursing calmly
3. BOTH kids took a nap at the same time. Has happened about 5x in almost 8 months. It was GLOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOORIOUS
4. During that time I did ABSOLUTELY freaking nothing. I actually watched a show during the day- and caught last nights episode of Real Housewives of NJ- I couldn't stop laughing at the gibberish scene- for some reason i just found it flipping HILARIOUS. I had to pause the tivo because I was laughing so hard and didn't want to wake the kids.
5. DH sent me a nice email earlier today- was just thoughtful and sweet.
I actually got a good amount of sleep last night and even took another long nap this morning. It was AMAZING! And LO is napping right now so I'm getting to enjoy some me time!

I played "chase" with the baby in our front room that is carpeted and doesn't have any furniture. He would crawl away and I'd come after him and he would start laughing hysterically and then he would chase me. It was so fun and so darn cute.
Went on a walk with DD - she was in her stroller. It is a perfectly beautiful day here - sunny blue skies and 80 degrees. She asked me to sing "the bird song" (aka Three Little Birds - Bob Marley), so I was walking down the street - one of those moments where all is right - singing a great song - not caring who was hearing us and loving the moment.
- We finally set up and decorated the nursery for baby due in June. I walked into the room today, sat down on the glider, felt him kick and just couldn't wipe the smile off my face. His room was so calm and I was just rocking away on the glider feeling him kick and felt this huge out pour of love for him and DH and DS and just felt so lucky and safe.
-While putting DS down for a nap, he insisted on sleeping in his big boy bed instead of his crib. He was so excited and giggly and was so happy to snuggle with me and I was just so happy watching his beautiful little face drift off to sleep.
Micah and I went to a LaLeche meeting today. He was the oldest baby there. While one of them women was asking for help with baby's latch/sore nipples/pumping, etc. Micah was just squealing. I don't know what was going on, but he was super excited about something. He just kept squealing and babbling for probably close to 5 minutes. It was so cute (and of course all of the new moms thought it was the cutest thing and kept egging him on).
My LO spinning in circles in his Johnny Jump Up, he just got it yesterday and has no idea what to do in it. He sucks on the front of it and spins around, very cute.
Today was a ROUGH day but: when DS2 puckers his lips and tilts his head to me for a kiss and then keeps coming back for more. Makes me smile every time! How can I resist?
Last night I dreampt that I went to look for a building to rent for a dance studio. I found one that was already set up exactly like I needed and it was huge. It also had an apartment attached with 3 bedrooms and a living room. I was going to be able to rent the entire thing for $300 a month - LOL. That is what put a smile on my face and I was in a good mood from the moment I woke-up :-)

1 - We FINALLY had a successful finger-painting session this morning! I've been working on this with DS for what seems like ages and he just wasn't interested other than trying to see what the paint tasted like. I hung his artwork on the fridge. DH just came home and made a big fuss over it for DS even though I emailed him pics of it at work.
2 - DS scared the crap out of me today - he climbed up into his highchair all.by.himself! He's never even so much as attempted it before. We were hanging out in the kitchen and I was doing finger-paint cleanup and I see him doing this out of the corner of my eye and just about had a heart attack! So, after that we spent about an hour practicing getting up and I lowered the chair so he can get out of it by himself, too. He thought he was so cool and I loved seeing that "I'm so proud of myself!!" look on his face!

We went on a playdate this morning with several friends and their kiddos. All of the moms commented on how well-behaved Miles was today. Quite the compliment considering his nickname in this group is "the Tornado". I am still smiling about it.
Also, Miles is finally getting to a point that he can play quietly by himself for a few minutes while I goof on the computer. But I always know when it's time to stop. He comes over, points at my laptop, points to the table where it is stored, and then stands and waits for me to put it away. Then, he'll grab my hand and lead me off to whatever game he wants to play. Sooooo cute!

My daughter was having a fit about who knows what and DS says to her, "Don't cry baby." This is his stock answer for anyone that is crying, but I think it's super cute. It's like he is consoling you and insulting you at the same time.
This is random but watching The Talk today. Paul Resier was on and he was so funny.
He was talking about parenthood. He said that at the end of the day with litte kids, you're just too tired for your spouse. He said he tells his wife he just needs 30 mins to check his email but ends up spending 3 hours doing nothing on the internet. When he goes upstairs his wife is fast asleep. He said they haven't had a real conversation in 15 years, lol.
I guess he wrote a couple books. He was pretty funny, I might check them out!

The image of your DS lifting his leg up and tooting made me die laughing!!! And the milk dribble is one of the sweetest things ever. I will tickle DS when nursing because it's so cute how he giggles and looks as me. And sometimes I get the milk dribble and it's so so sweet.
And I watched RH of NJ too, it was insane! The whole christening fight was just crazy!!!!
My 4 y.o. playing dress up/tea party today. It rained here all day so I put makeup on her, let her wear my heels, she put on all her jewelry and was so excited to show me the beautiful table that she prepared. She's such a sweetheart and makes miserable days like today more enjoyable. My other 2 kids were miserable today - way overtired and my baby is teething.
In the afternoon I usually put on music and dance with DS. Well today he was walking along the couch when a ZZ Top song came on. I started dancing crazy for him and out of no where he started moving up and down. When the song ended he stopped dancing and returned to walking. It was too cute.

1) Good news at the nephrologist that all my tests came back normal!
2) DS helping DH clean the stove. He came out to the living room and said, "Hey Mama! I'm cleaning your stove!" So. Damn. Cute!

I finally got to watch a couple funny You Tube videos that me laugh.
DD#2 made a birthday cake (with my help of course) for her neighbor friends birthday today and the look on his face was priceless
DD#2 has had some funny comments today about her sister and her dad being soo dark and herself being soo white.
DH sent me a nice email as well earlier that was very sweet and much needed.
