PSA: Plane tickets (NBR)

I just thought I'd share my experience and hopefully it will help someone! Last Tuesday, we bought plane tickets for a few things coming up. Unfortunately, one of the trips didn't go through, and when I tried to buy the tickets the next day, the price went up $200. I checked every single day, at least twice a day, all week. This morning I got online to check the tickets and they were back down $200. I'm so glad I waited! So, not sure if this is common knowledge, but apparently Tuesday is the day to buy tickets!

    I think I had heard that; but I had no idea whether it actually held water, in practice. I'm so glad you were able to get your tickets at a reasonable rate.
