2 weeks ago I went to Taco Bell and when I got to the window I rolled my window down enough to get the goods without letting too much a/c out. My vehicle is pretty high and I am short so the window was just about breast height, couldn't see my belly from the outside. No sooner had I done this and the guy at the window said "So how far along are you?" and I was stunned because how on earth could he see? I guess I was obviously confused cause he said "Are you wondering how I could tell?" and I said "yes, actually, do you have kids?" and he said "No, I can just TELL. I could see it strongly in your aura."
I found it interesting but know nothing about auras, do any of you know about this stuff?

I know some people are really into that whole thing, auras and whatnot. I don't really know anything about it, ecxept that auras are supposedly colours that surround people, and they change depending on health, and mood.
So it makes sense that if you can see auras you could tell when someone is pregnant...
omg I feel so stupid, that didn't even dawn on me. Worst pickup line ever if that's the case. Who hits on a pregnant lady?!
First of all you are not a 'pregnant lady'. You are a beautiful woman and that is probably what he saw. Maybe he caught a glimse of the belly...you never know.
This. I've done some study of auras and have read that they surround everyone, but most people are unaware of them. Through meditation and atunnement, you can be trained to recognize them in yourself and others. I've never seen them myself, but know people who have, so believe in them. I believe it stems from Japanese beliefs about energy. I don't he was hitting on you. Who uses that as a line anyway?

lol, this makes me laugh.... especially the part about him hitting on you, which is possibly quite true!
On another note- I have been studying with a few different native american and south american medicine teachers and shamans for over 10 years now. And at the risk of sounding like a total freak- I can very much feel auras (sometimes see them) and have done a lot of energy work kind of stuff for the past few years. I don't really share much about it because I am also quite grounded and science based, but over and over again I have seen amazing changes in people and I have had dream after dream come true in real life etc..- I have to say that I am a believer!

This is EXACTLY what I was thinking the other day when a guy tried to give me his number in the McDonalds DRIVE THRU!! LOL There was a long line up and people were coming into the drive through from various directions, so I waved to let someone in. Then...as I'm waiting in line I see this guy get out and come to my window. He's like "Hi I'm Tyler" and tried to hand me his number through a small hole I've left open in my window! I half feel bad for the guy until I say 'sorry I'm married" and he replies "that's unfortunate" LOL Ahhh well!!
As for the aura stuff, I'm sure people are into it, but I'm not sure I believe there is a certain colour around your head cause your preggers lol..and what colour would that be? Totally trying to pick you up!!
I was out to lunch with a friend of mine last week and had a guy hitting on me in there. I had the same thought as you....who hits on someone that's obviously pregnant?
