30 Day Shred Buddy?

Anyone wanna be 30 Day Shred buddies?  DH and I started yesterday but he's not the world's best motivator (mostly, I get angry at him for suggesting that I should work out even though I know I need/want to- weird).  So I need another buddy to suffer through with me.  Any takers?  I know some girls have said they were going to do it and it was hard- I made it through yesterday but without weights and having to stop to check on DD, mostly during the jumping jacks ;)  

So... anyone?

  • I plan to start the 30-day shred this weekend.  I have the DVD...but I guess I need to get weights?

  • She does have moves that need weights, but I'm not going to use them for a couple more days.  DH and I actually used soup cans the first time we did it because we didn't have any weights :)  I did it yesterday without weights and my arms are still sore, though not as bad- I still needed to be able to pick up DD today!  So- wanna be buddies?  Keep each other on track??

  • My DH and I did level one last Monday. He promised to help keep me motivated and work out with me at least 3 times per week. Well here we are a week later and we have done nothing since last week! The first couple of days after the workout I was so sore! We use soup cans also because we don't have any weights. How often are you planning on working out?

  • I would love to also! I'm planning on starting this weekend. Maybe you could do a daily check-in. We could update each day with how we're feeling and such and then do a weekly weigh in. WDYT?
