TTC After a Loss

Tell me about your OPK of choice

I'm looking into buying some OPKs, and I'm not sure if there is a better brand out there... Please share what brand you use and if you like it or not.

I'm looking into the Wondfo ones from amazon.com, if anyone has information about those, I'd appreciate it.

THanks!

  • I'm a Wondfo gal.

Just starting using them last cycle.  Worked a treat. Fantastic value for $.

Great for those of us who like to test...a lot.

Wondfo are the OPK and HPT that I have. They're much cheaper than the drug store brand and a lot of the ladies here use them and then confirm with an "expensive" test.

  • Lots of ladies here use those but I couldn't stand to have to interpret if it was a positive or not so I use CBE digitals.  There's no mistaking that Big Smile.

  • I use the Clearblue digital OPK's and I like them.  One big plus is that they are individually wrapped so you don't have to use them all at once.  I used to use First Reponse and absolutely hated them because once you opened the bag, you had to use all of them before the 30 days were up and that was when I didn't know when I ovulated.

Because of the great "Snow"vember of 2015, my medicated cycle was cancelled.  However, we were blessed with our little rainbow baby due on 8/14/15!  Baby J had other plans and decided to make his grand ole entrance on 7/4/2015!

Surprise!  Our little girl entered this world on 12/8/2016 after her eviction notice was long past due.  Our little turkey baby turned into a snow baby!

  • i was using the walmart brand, Answer, but they weren't working for me so i switched to Wondfo. The Answer brand wasn't giving me a positive, but the Wondfo's were - and it was the same pee! it made no sense, so i ditched the Answers and went to the internet cheapies. They are great! I also have the digi's to confirm when i think the Wondfo's are positive.

oh, and my HPT's are Wondfo's too. i got 50 OPK's and 20 HPT's for like 13 bucks on Amazon.

  • Wondfo all the way!  They are cheap and super easy to use. I got 50 for $10 on amazon and don't feel bad about wasting some.

  • CBE digis. Expensive, but there was no mistaking when I got a + OPK. A great big Big Smile The price however does suck. $35.99 at places like Target/Walmart, but Amazon has them for cheaper. I've been thinking about, if this isn't our blessed cycle, when DH returns from deployment of trying WondFo.

This. I back it up with a digital when I think I'm in the zone.

Wondfo OPK's work better for me than earlypregnancytest.com's.  As for pregnancy tests I got a positive one 5 days before my missed period with Wondfo, and I was able to see the line fade as well, on the last day I took a test my hcg was 5.75 and the test still turned positive with FMU.

I'm also a CBE gal. I try to only buy them on Amazon, because they are so much cheaper there.  I really liked the Wofondo HPTs though - I got my results so much quicker than a digi - and then confirmed with a digi, of course.
