So, so far since I have broughten my little Zachariah home from the hospital he has been sick quite a bit.  And the doctors here at the base clinic keep giving me stupid answers to my questions and all I want to do is have him seen by a dr at childrens hospital because he has had a tons of colds, upper respitory infections, a urinary tract infection, and broncitis.  On top of all that they keep telling me he's not fat enough for their charts when he eats all the time and just because he's not an obese baby like most all other babies doesnt mean there's anything wrong with him does it?

    So sorry to hear your little guy has been sick so much! How old is he? I assume (and I'm sorry if I sound oblivious here) that you're a military momma since you mentioned the base clinic? You may want to check out the Military Families board, they may be able to give you advice on dealing with those doctors. As for the weight, are you nursing or formula feeding? Hopefully they are using the correct charts when evaluating him. There's good information about growth charts for breastfed babes here:
