I brought homemade shrimp pasta, but the spaghetti and breadsticks in the cafeteria (oh, and a chocolate chip cookie? don't mind if I do!) looked too good so I went with that and sweet tea.

    waiting on my lunch delivery that DH is bringing. I'm guessing it's a thin crust pepperoni pizza. At this point I don't even care I'm starving. Oh and some UNsweet tea :)

    Oh I don't call myself southern lol I'm a transplant though I have lived here for more than half my life lol. I have my daddy's midwestern heart though :)

    The last of my Chicken Curry from Sunday.  Oooo, so good!!!  Also have a dairy free cupcake (which I've already eaten half of) and an apple.  And it's time to eat - whoot!!

    & s/o that.. I'm having a go at some non-dairy mac and cheese. With lotsa hot sauce! And some chard or something so I feel like less of a fatty.

    How are you making non-dairy mac and cheese?  I haven't found a cheese substitute that I can stomach!

    For the 2nd day in a row DH had lunch at work so I treated myself to Quiznos when I ran errands. It wasn't as spectacular as it usually is, so I think I've got my fix for a while. They took away the dressing they put on the honey bacon club so I had to substitute and just wasn't the same. Oh and the broccoli cheese soup was watery :(
