What are your favorite baby bath toys and organizers?

DS is 6 months. I filled up my cart at Amazon and then remembered I should be asking y'all before I waste money on things I throw away.

Thanks in advance!!

  • We have the Frog from Boon.  Love it.  Holds all the toys plus a top rack for her shampoos, etc. The frog comes off and I can scoop all the toys back in it.  Comes with a bunch of toys, too.

She also loves this Yookidoo fountain thing.

  • The Sassy Bath Alphabet has been my son's favorite bath toys. We spell words and talk about colors - he loves these! The letters and plastic cups have been his favorite bath toys for almost 3 years. He also has a tugboat and a rubber duckie, but that is about it.

We have this Skip Hop bath organizer and it is awesome.  It holds a lot and I don't think it's fallen down in the year or so we've had it, even with the girls pulling on it.

We have some foam letters that are starting to get some use (well, since one DD has started taking ALL the toys out at bathtime).  Also, we have a few Munchkin ducks that they like to "feed" and put into cups and such (we don't use them for the temperature function, just as toys).  However, the biggest winners we have are the red disposable party cups, washclothes, some pieces from a hand-me-down tea set, and a couple play forks.

Our faves were the foam shapes from Boon and a plastic cup. Oh, and a rubber ducky.

Geneva had some other bath toy options but never played with them. To this day, her faves in the tub are that plastic cup and she occasionally brings her kitchen stuff in the bath (forks, spoons, cups and plates). I have no idea why.

  • At 6 months Brady loved his rubber ducky and these infantino tub toys:

He still loves those animals and now we got him the foam letters and numbers and he enjoys playing with those... though at 6 months they would just go in the mouth.

  • Emma loves cups and things to pour water with in the tub.  I personally HATE water squirters or ducks that can fill up with water.  No matter what we do, they inevitably fill up with water and mildew.  Ew.  We have a Boon Frog and I don't love it.  We use our master bath to bathe her and you have to either screw the base into the wall or use double sided tape in there to hold it.  I just ordered this that a friend has and I LOVE.  It's also multi-purpose.

  • We also have the foam letters.  He has some cups that he likes more than anything.  And he also has this pirate ship boat thing that he plays with occasionally.  Like Myrall said, he will take other random toys in there.  As long as it's plastic and waterproof... I don't object.  He also has some of the bathtub markers.  He loves those but just make sure to rinse it off right away so it won't stain.  Skip the bath crayons- they are harder to clean off.  Oh and the tablets that color the water.  Those are a must.

Bath letters and numbers and cups and squirt toys have always been Abigail's favorite. We don't have an organizer. I just bought a basket from the $1 spot at target.

  • We got a bucket of toys from Land of Nod.  He likes the boats and squirtys.  He tries to eat the foam letters.  He also has a Munchkin Bath Ball from Target and loves it.
