Homemaking Binders?

First off, I'd like to introduce myself.  I'm Amy, a first time Mom of 2 months now, and it looks like I'll be able to be a full-time SAHM!  It was iffy at first, but we're making it work.  This is what I've always wanted to be able to do.

Now on to the question I've got for you:

Has anyone made and/or used one?  I read about it on the Money Savings Moms site and wanted to see if anyone had recommendations for printables or ideas that they've used in their own.

The homemaking binder thing, imo, will always be a work in progress - trial and error, that sort of thing to find what ultimately works for you.

I use mine to keep myself on track and to build routines so that my days don't slip away w/o anything getting done.  I've used Martha Stewart's Homemaking Handbook, and Fly Lady's control journal for ideas.

My stuff is kind of scattered, but it's scattered in a way that works for me:

My shopping list is on my Ipod with a shopping list app.  I enter in the items, make categories, etc.  and I don't have to enter them again, just select to put it on the list.  Coupons are in a small organizer that fits in my purse.  I'm not a meal planner yet so I can't help on that one:)

My cleaning list is through www.motivatedmoms.com.  I have the one week per page version.  I printed it out and have it in a binder, each day I write my daily tasks (and other various to-dos) on a wipe-off board on my fridge.  As I complete I wipe it off.

I recently ordered a "home management" binder made by Life.doc.  It covers emergency, health, insurance, household, bills, legal, etc. information.  I also plan to include pics/info of major purchases, a list of all bdays (friends and family), paint samples for all the rooms, etc.  It's not something I will access daily, but it keeps a lot of info in one spot!  That site (www.getbuttonedup.com) also includes a lot of printables for various lists, I'm not sure if they are all free though.  I just logged on to get an extra set of family info sheets as the binder only comes with 4 and we have 5 in our family.
