Father's Day Gift

I know some of us had a less then stellar Mother's Day but I think this is a cute idea and you could probably find some mugs that were cheaper. I always used to think this stuff was cheesy but now that I'm a mommy I like the idea...or use it for our dad's too. My dad would go crazy for it but he's cheesy too.

Anyone else want to share any ideas?

    Last year I bought DH a Cardinal's baseball jersey for Father's Day present from our dog (we got him last April). I mentioned to DH about getting him a new pair of cowboy boots this year but he doesn't want me to spend that much. DH bought me a diamond necklace since diamond is April's birthstone. I feel like I have to do something super special so either I'm finding a way to get him a new pair of boots or I'm going to see about maybe going out to see a concert or musical or going to a baseball game. I'm still trying to figure it out...

    I really like the mugs though - I may do something like that for my dad for father's day this year!!

    That is exactly what I've been planning on getting DH.  He mentioned one day that a guy at work has one and he thought it was really cool.

    DH definately did not get me a diamond necklace that's for sure! I guess a mug won't cut it then for your DH! Stick out tongue

    You can order mugs for cheaper on shutterfly.com. And you don't have to worry about water getting on the pics because they are printed right on the mug.

    I would love to get DH a grill for Father's Day... but that depends on if I get hired to teach summer school or not. Need the money!

    I'm in the same boat.  My husband got me an aquamarine necklace from Luke since it's March's birthstone.  He got Luke out of his crib that morning, brought him into our room and laid him next to me in bed with the box the necklace was in and two cards (one from Luke and one from my husband).  It was so special.  I need to think of something, and I have no idea.

    MH sort of did the same thing! :) I got a card and flowers from him and a card and a charm bracelet from DD. He spent a TON on the bracelet, I need to think up something good!
