Stephanie here, Whitney was born on 1/4/11, originally due on 1/28/11. She just could not wait! (neither could my incompetant cervix!) 12 pounds 6 oz at her 4 month appointment, and I am desperatly trying to make her laugh these days. ;-) She has been STTN for over a month, yet I am still exhausted. ;-)
Hey stephanie, where at in michigan? I'm live in Toledo, Ohio. Thank you, I LOVE the name Whitney! Cooper had his 4 month appt today. He is 14 pounds 5 oz and has been sttn for a little over a month now. I am currently trying to get him to stop putting his whole fist in his mouth (poor baby chokes himself) ahhhhhh I hate it.

I am in Monroe!!! Small world! Yes, the fist in the mouth this is nuts. When she goes to sleep she sucks on her arm too. Silly baby!
I'll come back to play too! My name is Kelly, my LO is Dylan and was born nearly a week early after 72 hrs of labor on 1/19/2011.
72 hours of labor...good lord!!! My thin cervix had a roll in this, but I was a 9 when I got to the hospital, an hour after my water broke, and contractions started, and had her after about 45 min of pushing. I was exhausted. I dont know how you did it sister!!
I'm in. My name is Rose and my DS was born on January 20, 2011 (1 week early) after 5 hours of labor. He refuses to sleep more than 3 hours in a row, he still eats every 3 hours, and he was a whopping 16lbs at 14 weeks. His 4 month appointment is on May 27th and I am willing to bet he is at least 17lbs right now. He is overall a good baby and he gets the most joy out of playing with his sister (she'll be 3 in July).
I became a member of these boards in 2005 when I joined the knot right after I got engaged. After my wedding in 2006, I moved over to The Nest. I finally became a member of TB when it was started (I started TTC in July 2007). Glad to be reintroduced to you ladies.
BTW Britt, I live in Lorain, OH which is only 1.5 hours or so from Toledo.
I'm Candice and my LO is Kylie. She was born at 39 weeks on 1/23/11. I had to have an emergency c-section because my heart rate went up WAY high (150, 160 bmp) and Kylie's heart rate went WAY low (80 bmp). They tried to stop my contractions 4 times because they were so intense and close together because that was what was making our heart rates do that. She was stuck. Not to mention they tried to make me get on my hands and knees AFTER my epidural...not fun lol. Giving birth can be quite embarrassing. But I love my LO to death. She has been STTN for about 2 months now. She has starting giggling and its so cute, I cried the first time she did it.

It was unbelievably exhausting and rough. I was stuck dilated at 9cm for 8hrs. Finally they decided to do a c-section b/c they felt it was getting dangerous for baby D. I definitely want more kids, just not sure if it's going to be right away.
I'm Amy.... Alexandria was born 1/13, she was due on 1/18, but I had a planned c/s @ 39 weeks because she was breech. At 6 weeks old, we found out she has a mild hip dysplasia in her left hip. She's currently in a Pavlick harness and her follow up u/s and exam is on Monday. Hoping we can take this thing off and let her FREE!

Hey wow some close gals on here!
So...who is volunteering to babysit Whitney so I can sleep for days and days and days? ;-)
We can take turns lol
Who am I kidding...I would miss her chubby little cheeks. I will tell you that Whitney is rocking her blue bumbo that my sis gave us. Seems like they need to trade ;-)
Hi! I'm Amanda, and Teddy (Theodore James) was born on 1/28. I was due 1/20, but he was comfy and didn't want to come out so I was induced on 1/27. I'll have to put a pic in my siggy of him one of these days, if I can figure out how to do it from my iPad.
I'm Jen and I was due on Jan 4th and had Chelsea on Jan 8th at 3:40 am. At birth she weighed 7 lbs 14oz and was 19" long, and at her 4 month appointment this week she was 11 lbs 10 oz and is now 25.5" long. My baby is growing so fast!
Hi ladies, my name is Nancy. Arianna was born on 12/22. My original due date was Jan 5 but I guess she wanted to come in time for Christmas. I will still hang around the Jan 2011 board though because this more of my home.
