Xmas toys for younger sibling

Our families are asking for Xmas ideas for gifts for both of our girls.  We have plenty of ideas for my older daughter but I'm at a loss for any toy suggestions for our newborn.  She will only be 2 1/2 at Xmas and we have a ton of age appropriate toys for that stage from DD. Anything new and exciting for very little ones?

    DD was 7 mos at Christmas, but our friends gave us a personalized ornament with her name/year. I thought it was really sweet and it has inspired us to make sure we have a personalized ornament for every year.

    What about one of those Boppy tummy time mats? DD used hers a lot. Or a fun hooded towel?
