Our plan is to deliver at NWH, which is why I voted for them, but if the twins come earlier than 32 weeks, or if there continues to be a growth issue with Baby B, we will deliver at the Brigham.
Our MFM works and delivers at both NWH (on Mondays) and at the Brigham (on Tuesdays-Fridays). Our OB delivers at NWH.
I was scheduled to deliver at NWH and was very happy with the tour we took with our birthing class. I unfortunatly developed hellp syndrome and was transfered via ambulance to the Brigham. We spent 2.5 months there after dd was born and had a wonderful experience. I can't say anything really about the birth experience (a normal one) as I never went into labor and was highly medicated so I don't remember much. But I can't say enough about the care both my dd and I recieved while there.

I didn't vote because it is hard to say which of these 3 great hospitals is best.
Brigham's is particularly great if you have any high-risk issues. My Mom delivered me there as she was 37 which automatically put her in the high-risk category.
Incidentally my Mom now works at NWH. I know only lovely things about the staff and the hospital, and have read great things on thebump by women going there.
I know less about BI in relation to birthing but it is also a fantastic hospital.
Bottom line is that I don't think you can go wrong - so I would probably pick the hospital that is the most convenient/easiest for you *unless* you are high-risk. If I were high-risk, I would personally choose Brigham.
I work at the Brigham in the Cord Blood Donation program and I would highly recommend them. As my husband and I are going through IVF right now at the Brigham and I would be closely monitored if we get pregnant because of my history. I am definitely delivering here if we get pregnant! I live alittle over an hour out of Boston btw.
Twins born at 34w2d, Allison, 3lb,4oz-Ethan, 4lb7oz, both 16 1/2 inches. Out of Difficulties Grow Miracles
I had experience at both. All of my doctors are at NWH and that's where I delivered. Because of complications during my pregnancy, I was hospitalized several times and always received wonderful care. It was very personal and I have nothing bad to say at all.
At one point, I needed to be transferred to BW because of the complications. I also received wonderful care there, but my experience in L&D was not as good at B&W as at NWH. I felt like a number at BW as opposed to an individual. This might be because the nurse assigned to me was a bit "tough," or perhaps because it was highly unlikely that I was going to deliver there (which I didn't).
Overall, I recommend NWH if you are planning on a smooth delivery. You also know by going there that if you do have complications, they have no hesitation about transferring you to BW.
I honestly can't give you feedback for the other two but we had very good luck at NWH. I had a lot of contact with their staff due to gestational diabetes diagnosis, an extra hospital stay due to high blood pressure for a three day period about a month and a half before my due date, and for an induction and ultimate C-section.
I do know that NWH does not have infant NICU. However, if you need this service they have a partnership with Brigham's and you would be transferred there.

Good Luck with your decision!
