Repost: those that use Playtex DropIns

Do you wash the liner holder and ring every time or just the nipple? How often do you wash that stuff then?

I've been washing every time but I'm starting to think thats a little silly....

    We used drop-ins for about 8-9 months before the holders started melting/warping in the bottle warmer at daycare... But anyway, we always washed the nipple and ring and gave a good rinse to the holder.

    I rinse the outer shell unless there is milk on it, and wash the nipple and ring, and all of it gets run through the dishwasher a few times a week.

    We wash the nipple and ring everytime and rinse the holder unless I can see formula on it.  We will wash the holders a few times a week though...just not every feeding.

    I throw everything in a sink full of hot, soapy water.
