Toddler friendly as in kid-acceptable atmosphere and kid-menu = yes. Probably more so for lunch, but still yes.
Sadly, toddler-friendly for us nowadays means it has to have a play area (ie Twirl, Vios, Chaco Canyon, sometimes Chipotle) since our attention span for sitting in a high-chair, waiting for food and/or eating lasts about :10 .....good luck!!
Yes very. They finally came out with a kids menu so now it's very kid friendly. And they bring out a plate of bread and bananas for kids immediately which is nice.
I went there for lunch with Ella not too long ago and it was perfect. I still don't order her anything off the menu, so not sure food wise, but the atmosphere was fine for her.

Connor does well there. I love that they bring a toddler plate. I've never actually ordered him anything to eat he just shares whatever we are eating.I'm sure you'll be able to find something for A to eat. Now I want a slice of their lemoncello cream torte. So yummy!
