When should this be drank during your cycle, or can it be drank during the whole cycle. I just picked some up today and was curious if there was any restrictions on it?

I drink it throughout my cycle, even when I'm TTC. Some women continue to drink it throughout their entire pregnancies, others in the 2nd and 3rd tri only. It's main benefit it said to be "to tone the uterus." It doesn't cause uterine contractions or anything like that, so it should be safe your entire cycle.
I have read both things about it. Some say you should only drink it later in pregnancy, and some believe it overall strengthens uterine health. I'm in the latter camp, and don't have an issue with drinking a cup a day, but if you have a problem with spontaneous miscarriage, I would be maybe more cautious.
This website is a little questionable, but I liked the explanation:
I've been wondering this, too. I started drinking it a few weeks ago and was planning on drinking it throughout my cycle.

ETA: I haven't read anything that specifically says you should NOT drink it, but that it's just not known if it causes problems earlier on or not.
