baby shower locations

hosting a baby shower for a friend this summer, but i'm not going to be living in the area anymore. Need good ideas for locations to have a shower in Seattle/Eastside. Any thoughts of places to host a shower other than a home???

Theo, O Chocolte, Any hotel suite (some will even cater it for you), the SAM or Bellevue Art Museum

Thanks - I love the idea of a chocolate store, I'll have to investigate - have you been to a shower at Theo or Oh Chocolate? Couldn't find info online (Theo said tours)... thanks!

I haven't been but looked at it as a possibility for a shower I'm hosting. We decided we wanted something with a different theme so changed venues but I really like the idea of doing a tour as the activity and then doing the shower stuff.

There are lots of community centers you could use that would be inexpensive. You could also do it at a restaurant if it will be small and you don't mind spending some more money. Links below to the Bellevue community centers.
