    Yep, you create boards and "pin" stuff to them. People use it for all sorts of things. Personally, I have boards for home decorating ideas, cleaning/organizing tips, food ideas, etc. It keeps links to the items original internet location, which is great for things like DIY tutorials and recipes. You can also follow other people and repin their items, so it's social networky too. It's mainly beneficial for cataloging visual stuff.
