Where's my period?!?!

Good evening ladies,

I haven't posted in a while, so if I'm in the wrong place, my apologies...but I need to vent.

I miscarried (for the third time in less than a year) at the end of February.  My period never came back so my dr. put me on some kind of drug (I forget at the moment what it's called because I've had so many different drug names thrown at me) to jumpstart my cycle.  So after a week of that I got my period...and my dr. says to call him again when I get my period again so we can start timing everything right.  Well today is day 30 and still no period.  Before this 3rd miscarriage I was super regular!  This is so frustrating!!  It's just a whole bunch of sitting around and waiting...I feel like I'm going crazy.  I know you all are feeling the same way, but everyone at work is starting to talk about having their second babies.  I just want one.  Just one.  I don't know how much I can take listening to them plan out their family's future like it's no big deal to have a baby. 

I had very sore nipples, and was super cranky this past week, but now all the symptoms have gone away.  Last time I didn't get a period I had the same symptoms and even one evening of spotting, but no period.  What if my body has stopped ovulating?! Grr....

    Not to diminish your feelings of frustration, but 30 days is long, but not THAT long to wait...there are women here with 35-40 day cycles.  That's their normal.  This may be your new normal, unfortunately.

    I encourage you to talk with your doc this week.  She could either give you another prescription like you had before (probably progesterone; Rx name Provera) or will tell you to wait another couple weeks before she gives you a Rx.

    Best of luck.  I can't imagine experiencing this pain more than once.  I hope things go better in the future!!

    I'm so sorry for your losses.  Your body may just be really wonky from the loss.  Mine are totally screwed up and my first cycle took 77 long days to come.  I know the wait can be really frustrating.

    Long cycles may be your new normal. Before my last miscarriage I never had a cycle longer than 31 days. My last cycle was 53 days and based on my +OPK this month I'm looking at a 44 day cycle min. During my 53 day cycle I had all of the symptoms you mentioned at completely random times and they would come and go. It was beyone frusturating.
