If you have a BRU rewards card..

How do the "rewards" work.  I thought I should have been receiving and email because I had almost 300$ worth of merchandise this session.  However, when I went to check it is in a current new period and says I have $0 of credit because I've only spent $9.

How do I actually use the rewards?  Do you have to keep checking the website?

I'm so bummed..I thought I was going to get $10 for those past purchases :(

    I think the BRU rewards card is pretty much useless.  It's to make you feel like you are getting something, when really you are just getting another card.  It has never DONE anything for me.

    I sometimes get R Us Dollars in the mail depending on how much I spend.  It is usually $5 off coupons or a 10% off coupon.

    I get BRU dollars in the mail, too.  Just got one this week - they're always $5 off. There are also other coupons on the page, too, but for diapers (we CD) and formula. Oh, and $ off a $50 or higher purchase of clothes.  Really, it's no different than the little fliers w/ coupons that come in the mail anyway, except for the $5 off.

    This. They have so many restrictions and rules, you barely get anything out of it. I spent $$$ over Christmas and New Years only to find out it's "blacked out" during Dec-Jan.  The only real perk I've gotten out of it is you get a free case of Similac formula if you buy 9 cases. I'm expecting my 3rd free case - that's another $35 right there!

    For me, every X amount of money I spend and swipe my rewards card (I think it's $50) I get a bunch of coupons on the mail, including usually two "$5 toward anything" coupon. If you're going to go to BRU and spend money anyway, then may as well get a little something extra too.
