Anyone have this before? Of course, I'm worried. I'm feeling better now, but pretty much all afternoon I had pains like I had to go to the bathroom in the worst way, but when I would get there...nothing! My stomach still feels a bit uneasy, but not as bad as it was hurting. They weren't period like cramps, but more like "I'm going to have diarrhea" cramps.
Re: Diarrhea like stomach cramps? TMI
I'm experiencing this right now. Tums helps uh..."empty the stomach."
Interesting about dairy. We had lasagna for supper tonight. I'll have to watch that.

OK, this unscientific explanation is going to be TMI.
I have definitely had this. Here is what I think has happened to me: I am stopped up because of Zofran and just the everyday joys of being pregnant. Then I eat something my stomach doesn't like (usually dairy or protein) which causes the cramping and diarrhea. Unfortunately, the previous problem prevents the latter from resolving itself. Usually this means I am in the bathroom for a long time.
This has happened to me twice and they have been the worst days by far. I have no solution for you other than patience and suffering.
