One weird thing I miss about not having LO

Being able to say to myself "hey, I need to vacuum the house" or whatever (put away laundry, dishes, etc.) and actually do it in a timely fashion. Who knew I would miss the ability to do chores on a whim?!

I've had my vacuum sitting out in the living room waiting to be used for a good 2 weeks. Has it happened? Not at all!

    I hear ya! I hate looking at the mess in the house and feeling like I can't do anything about it!

    Landon actually napped for 30 mins and I SPRINTED to clean 3 bathrooms, the kitchen, and vacuum the upstairs, stairs, and downstairs. Whew! The dogs are shedding like crazy, so I have to vacuum at least once a week.

    I think I miss doing anything on a whim... but maybe not cleaning. I clean more now because I'm home and he does it with me. We vacuum while he's in the sling or bjorn every day. Now, if only I could just get in the car and go to the store on a whim...
