Rolling tummy to back...

First post on 3-6 - so hi all!

DS did this for the first time today! I think he might have been able to earlier, but it has been a while since we did tummy time on his mat vs on the change table or on me. It was definitely on purpose, since he did it 3 times in a row.

When did your LO first go tummy to back? And, if they have also gone back to tummy, when was that?

    Tummy to back I think around 2 months, maybe 2 1/2.  Back to belly, yesterday!

    LO rolled tummy-to-back six times in one day when she was 2-1/2 months old. But even though we do tummy time every single day, she didn't roll again until she was 4-1/2 months old.

    She's working on back-to-tummy now.  She stops on her side every time, lol. She's getting more interested in it though.

    Belly to back at 3.5 months. Still waiting for back to belly. I think he can do it but just gets distracted by his feet and would rather play with them.

    DS literally JUST started rolling tummy to back - like a week ago and he is just now 3 months old. He still doesn't do it every single time he's on his belly or anything...I am wondering when he'll be able to roll over the other way - that's when things are going to get interesting!

    That's exciting!:) My first rolled both ways early. My 2nd baby was around 3 months or so. This little guy is almost 4 months and still not rolling either way, lol. Up until recently he HATED being on his tummy so I haven't pushed the issue. I hope he will start loving being on his mat soon and give my arms a break.
