Hi all, just need to get my feelings out there. Hubby and I have been TTC since May 2010. I am dxed with PCOS, hypothyroidism, and endometriosis (confirmed via surgery Dec 2010). HSG was all clear. I have a history of complex ovarian cysts and I do not get my period regularly (3 from may to dec 2010, and 1 positive ovulation test).
Started Clomid in February, this was my third round. Took a test on 5/2 (5 days before my period because i am a POAS addict) and got a faint positive. Test was darker the next and so on till about Fri. Had bloodwork on Fri, by Sunday the test was getting fainter. Dr. called on Mon, bloodwork came back at a 13.5 (hcg, no progesterone pulled). Had bloodwork done again and it was 5.75. Dr. confirmed an early miscarriage, at that point I had started spotting.
I am taking it harder then I thought I would. Hubby is too, I got the positive exactly 1 year after trying. It has been pretty painful (physically and emotionally). Better now that I feel less pregnant. I am more just frustrated because I need to have a cycle before starting clomid again. I needed provera to start a cycle after surgery in Dec. Some of my co-workers have asked why I look so down, when i tell them I get the "your young it will happen just relax" speech which does not help things.
I am counting down the days until the school year is over (I am a school speech pathologist).

Thank you all for your support. It's just been a really tough week. Hubby and I took our first spontaneous trip this weekend just to get away (spent a night in Hershey at the Lodge). We had a nice dinner and relaxed. He is trying to be strong for me but he is taking it just as hard as I am.
This next month we are not tracking ovulation, not going to do much of anything. The Dr. said no to clomid but said we did not have to use birth control. In 6 weeks I am supposed to test if I haven't gotten my period and if it is negative then call for provera. It just feels like starting from square one.

Mine was right over Christmas. It was very heavy spotting in the beginning but not quite enough to need a pad. It started Christmas Eve and lasted about 5 or 6 days after. I needed a pad after about 2 days into it. I'm so sorry again for your loss!

I am sorry for your loss. I hope you can use the summer to take care of yourself and relax. And of course I don't mean the whole "just relax and it will happen" comment that I can't stand! We are doing IVF on my summer break and I hope not having the stress of the school year will help! I am a school SLP as well!
Take care and good luck!
So sorry for your loss ~ what a crusher after that rush of the BFP!
My T&P are with you and your hubby...and hoping AF is cooperative for your next cycle and you can resume Project Baby as soon as you are ready...
Totally despise the "you're young, relax, blah blah blah-friggity-blah" nuggets...so really not helpful!
