Boat- when the Coast Guard approved Life jacket fits
Convertible car- probably age 3 just because of the wind factor.
My LO will be on a boat this summer at 3 months. I'm a little concerned about finding a life jacket that fits since they say "under 30 lbs" or something equally as general and I'm not convinced a life jacket that fits a 30 pounder would fit my 3 month old. But we shall see.
Convertible, not for a while.
Boat-hmm...I don't know. Will our life jackets fit her? Ds did at like 5 months, but hated the life jacket, so it was short lived.
Convertible-don't have one...so probably not for a long time!
We took my DD1 in a Jeep w/o the top when she was 3 weeks. We just snugged her up and put the hood up on her car seat...she wasn't even in the wind at all and was sweating when we got there.
None of my kids have been on a boat yet, but they will for 4th of July this summer! We will have life jackets for all of them.
