AW: success!! postponed RCS!!

After being a giant PITA with my docs, I got them to postpone my CS until Tuesday, which will be 41 weeks 4 days. I can live with that!! Have to go in for a biophysical profile tomorrow, which of course is A-OK with me as well. It pays to be persistant and listen to your own body! Here's hoping things get moving over the weekend!

  • Good luck! Hope baby gets goin for you soon. Smile Question for you just because I'm curious...did you ever labor at all with your first LO? Or just straight CS?

Yea! It can be hard to push back, great job!

FWIW, I had zero progress with #2 prior to going into labor at 41wk 2d. None. Zero. Zilch. No dilation, no softening of the cervix, no labor pains or false labor or braxtons. Baby didn't drop.

And then... baby decided he was done. And he dropped a couple hours before I went into labor.

And he was born less than 12 hours before his scheduled CS.

    Best of luck to you!!!!!!!!

ETA: Just read your previous post. YES, my cervix was so high the OB could barely reach it at 40wk appt. "High and tight" were his exact words.
