ugh..DS has croup

what home remedies have worked for you? I have the humidifier going and he is lubed from head to toe in Vicks. Steam shower I know helps too, what am I missing?

    My nephew gets croup quite often.  My sister said the thing that helps him best is to take him outside to get fresh, cold air. Of course, this method only works in the fall or winter...and I would imagine where you are, it doesn't get very cold even at night.  I think his croup usually passes within a few days.  And it's usually just a problem in the morning or late at night.  Sorry I'm not much help.  I hope your LO gets better soon!
