NBR: Wedding themed birthday gift

My little sister is getting married in September.  Her birthday is next week. I'd like to get her something wedding related.  What were some of your favorite wedding gifts that weren't on your registry?  I'd love to get her some type of keepsake item.  I thought about purchasing something that was on her registry, but she still lives at home so she can't really use any of them yet.  TIA!

    Anything monogramed from Sterling cut Glass in Kenwood.  We got the most amazing picture frame with our wedding invitation engraved on it from there.  We also got a gorgeous ice bucket with our monogram.  They have beautiful stuff.

    We also got a beautiful cake knife and server for the wedding that we still use today for speical occassions.  Toasting flutes are also nice.

    For keepsakes I would go with something monogrammed. If you want to do fun you could get her a pair of panties with her new married name on them in blue rhinestones. (Mrs. xyz) I got a pair for my wedding and they were so cute and also worked for my something blue =)

    Lingerie is a great idea too!  Knickers in Hyde Park has some really pretty things.

    I like the idea of Mrs panties.

    One gift that I got that I really loved were champagne flutes I used them at the wedding to drink our toast out of and also beer later because I am Klassy!!  We still use them every year on our anniversary to drink out of.
