So I was stalking the first tri board and saw someone mention that they got pregnant doing the "sperm meets egg method." I Googled it:
CD8 BD EOD, CD10 begin OPKs, first +OPK BD ED for 3 days, then skip one day and BD a final time... oh and after each BD keep your hips elevated for 15-30 mins.
We basically do a variation of this already (minus the hips thing), but has anyone tried it? According to the Google Gods it increases the chances of +HPT by 40% (riiiight). What other "methods" have you heard of?

Ditto. I'm pretty sure all conception qualifies as the "sperm meets egg" method.

Yeah I'm pretty sure this is what I've done for 5 cycles now... and will do again for this cycle!
