1st maternity clothes purchase...

Welp....I bought my first purchase.

I bought the Be Band at Target today and I love it so far! I went through my entire closet and tried on all my shorts/capris from last year and kept the ones that fit (with the Be Band), and got rid of all the clothes that I know I'll never wear again (since by the time I can fit into them again they'll probably be out of style).

My closet is ready to go for some new clothes!

I got two new tank tops from Liz Lange Maternity (target), and I love them both! One is a v neck empire top, but I think I'm going to hold off wearing that just yet, because It looks a little funny without a bigger bump (just kind of hangs there).  I love the plain cotton ribbed tanks from her line though. They are SO SOFT and stretchy and long, so they completely cover the Be Band.  I am thinking about getting one in every color, and they are only $9.00.

I also borrowed a few pairs of maternity pants from my BFF, and they are from Motherhood and Kohls (Oh Baby, by Motherhood).  They are all awesome. I hope I can find some like it since they are a few years old. She had a few cute pairs of dress capri pants and cargo capris, and a pair of jeans, and I loved them all!

    i have worn my beband a few times already, i need a dress for a wedding i have tomorrow, i may buy a maternity one, i have a giant bump

    I also bought a bunch of those Liz Lange maternity ribbed tanks and LOVE them. Motherhood has side-ruched tees and capris BOGO half off (I wore a pair of the capris today). I plan to switch my closet today and get rid of all the clothes that don't fit with my be band

    I must be weird.  I have a band (I don't know the brand) and I hate it.  It always rolls up, and I don't feel like it helps at all... at least not until the end and my belly is too big for my pants to stay up... and even then, it is annoying to wear.

    I am such a sour puss about it.  I wish I liked it like everyone else!

    Today, I'm getting married, tomorrow I'm leaving for our honeymoon to Jamaica. NONE of my shorts fit and I can't imagine using the band in Jamaica since it's so hot so I ran out and got a pair. Not so cute from Motherhood but it's the best I can do I guess. :)
