oh God I hope I am not preg. again! I've been having horrible cramps-mild cramping for 2 weeks and bad cramps since last night. No period yet and I'm not bf or on the pill. I feel terrible having bad fatigue and just feeling bad-I have been sick too, so that could be it also. We've had sex 2 times, although it wasn't like real sex. He inserted it barely and kept it there for a few minutes and didn't ejaculate. We were both stupid, I know. Sorry for tmi. I know that can still cause pregnancy though. I took a test and it was neg. but I'm wondering if I should take another one.  I'm going to call the doc in a bit. Just don't know why I'm cramping so badly, it's so painful I feel sick! I guess my ? is what could cause cramping?

    I had a c-section and still have random cramping - some minor, some strong but I had a really complicated labor and some damage done to internal organs so it's "normal" for me.

    Maybe it's your body rearranging back to it's pre-pregnancy state?

    I had some period-like cramps for a few days a couple weeks ago. I thought my period was coming back, but it never did. I didn't feel sick with it, though.

    I'd probably call your doctor just to be safe... it could be some sort of infection?
