PP bleeding question

How long did you bleed for and are you BF or FF? I BF and FF and my bleeding keeps coming and going. I go to the doctor today for my 6 week check but was wondering if I'm abnormal or not lol. I read that it could take up to 12 weeks. Yikes!

Mine went away for a week between 5-6 weeks. It came back around 7 weeks and now it is heavier than it was. I don't know if it is AF or just more PP bleeding... but it is seriously annoying.

This same thing happened to me between 3 and 4 weeks, came back with a vengeance, then went away for a week and a half and it now is slightly back....

I FF and EP and my bleeding stopped around 4 and a half weeks after I passed a huge blood clot (TMI sorry). At my 6 week PP check up my OB did an ulrasound and told me there were still some membranes in there and that there may still be some more bleeding. So far nothing, so fingers crossed that it is done!

I'm EBF and I bled pretty heavily for three weeks and then lightly for another one. I was pretty much all done at five or six weeks.

I am 8 weeks PP and still have some light spotting on some days. Just when I think it goes away, it comes back. I am BF and FF.

I bled on and off for 3 weeks. I'm only BFing. My OB said that in order for BFing to stop ovulation (and therefore AF) you'd need to BF at least 8 times a day.
