what are yall doing with the newborn clothes? are you keeping ALL of them for future LO's or donating them or giving them away to friends/family that will have the next baby?
i will keep some of the onesies i made with iron-ons (cause addy wore one home and the other says (c) 2011 and that's just too cute to give up) but i just don't know what else to do with them. just leave them in a box?
Re: s/o Newborn Clothes
I'm going to sell them at our garage sale in a few weeks. I'd save them, but chances are I'll just go crazy again with the shopping. I'm what you can an addict.

They are going into two storage bins. One bin is for the outfits that have sentimental value that are not to be borrowed, sold, or other. The second bin is for stuff for SILs and friends to borrow from - but I want back for future kids! I am a clothes hoarder when it comes to my own clothes, so why would baby clothes be different?
Love the quilt idea! I think when we are done have babies this would be an awesome thing to do.
:Blog:
i don't want kids close together and honestly will not even discuss beginning to think about the next kid, if there will even be one. so i'll probably pass on the clothes to whoever is having a baby next. we have lots of neutral stuff then when i actually had a little girl i went and bought cutesie things so i can give to either team blue or team pink. and i know that if there is another kid i'm going to want to do the shopping all over again. same with the maternity clothes. 90% of my stuff came from goodwill so i'm ok with donating them right back seeing as how i didn't spend more than $60 on my maternity wardrobe.

This. I have a lot of neutral stuff b/c we were team green.
This exactly!
Keeping everything! We bought a big plastic bin that I labeled "Chloe's First Year clothes." We'll keep it on our front porch out of the way as we add things she grows out of, then to the basement once the first year is over.
I assume I will either use them for our next LO or I can give the non-stained girly stuff to a friend or family member if our next is a boy.
