Hey ladies, I just started Pole Fitness classes (pole dancing made more athletic) and I really wanted to tell you how much I recommend it. Not only is it an INCREDIBLE workout, it helps to make you feel a little sexier. The only downside is the initial bruises on my legs and blisters on my hands, but they will go away. But honestly ladies, I highly recommend taking one day a week and taking a class. Its a nice hour away (I leave the baby with my momma or DH) and I come home feeling sexy and energized.
