Fun workout - Pole Fitness!

Hey ladies, I just started Pole Fitness classes (pole dancing made more athletic) and I really wanted to tell you how much I recommend it. Not only is it an INCREDIBLE workout, it helps to make you feel a little sexier. The only downside is the initial bruises on my legs and blisters on my hands, but they will go away. But honestly ladies, I highly recommend taking one day a week and taking a class. Its a nice hour away (I leave the baby with my momma or DH) and I come home feeling sexy and energized.

Hope this helps some ladies get motivated to work out, I know I was dreading it!

  • I work at a gym and we don't offer this class.  I am trying to push the fitness director to get a workshop in to see how it goes over.  I would LOVE to try it.

  • I have taken a couple classes and they are fun, but I do agree the bruises and sore muscle the first couple times are no fun. But for some reason I still go back.
