Leap Frog Learn and Groove Musical Table - it's dead. Help.

We got it at Christmas, it stopped working. I changed the batteries, tapped on it, shook it, nothing. It's dead. WTF. Any one know anything about Leap Frog's customer service?

    It has been over 10 years ago, but my younger sister had LeapFrog products (some of the first) and my mom always had excellent customer service with them.

    sorry no help here. I just wanted to say that we have one that MIL bought and I swear the thing is possessed! It will randomly start playing music.
