A jar or baby food, bath, baby massage, naked time, PJs, book, bottle, bed. Takes anywhere from a half hour to an hour (not including baby food feeding time).
DD gets a story around 7pm. then i take her upstairs and change her diaper, wipe her gums, give her a washcloth to the face, neck and hands. then it's jammies and her last bottle. she usually passes out at some point while eating...if she only ate a few ounces, i'll go back up to the nursery about 30-40 minutes later, and she will eat some more. she is usually asleep for the night by 8pm.

at 6:45 we go upstairs and keep all the lights off in his nursery. He gets overnight diaper, lotion on his legs and jammies.
Then a nighttime bottle in his glider with his blankie (he loves the damn thing), then into his crib with his sea of pacis and his blankie.
Kiss, good night, I love you, and I turn the sound machine on before I leave.
Sometimes he's out before I leave the room, other times I can hear him chattering away on the monitor for about 15 minutes. Then he's out till morning.

On my at-home days, starting at about 5:30 (around 6:15 on work days), I feed her solids in her high chair, most often a bath (usually without soap, just lots of splashing!), a leg/foot massage, then diaper and diaper cream, pjs and sleep sack. Back downstairs to sit on couch and nurse/read a story/talk or she just falls asleep while nursing.

He usually gets dinner (solids) around 6/6:30, if it's a bath day, he'll get a bath, PJs, then we'll either play for a little bit or read a book, then nurse. 9 times out of 10 he will fall asleep nursing. When he unlatches, I hand him off to DH and he changes his diaper and puts him to bed. He either sleeps through the whole thing or wakes up, then DH rocks him till he's sleepy. He's usually in bed by 8/8:30.
Dinner, bath (every other night), nurse, and he falls asleep by 7:30. I put him in the swing downstairs while B falls asleep. Once he's asleep we take D up to his crib.
