do enemas help things along?

I used one yesterday because mothing else was making me go. Then last night I had horrible pains in my lower back and side and pressure. Lasted half the night and went away. That part was disappointing.

    It makes you feel better, but I don't think it really helps with bringing on labor...

    Enemas are supposed to help you go but I don't know from personal experience sorry Sad
