Most chipper customer ever.

I just told him I should have our service agreement to him by the end of the day, and he said to me, 

"COOL BEANS!!  You are the best ever."

I have never met him.

    LOL at Cool Beans.

    It always skeeves me out a little bit when people are overly excited like that, or tell me I'm their new best friend or other stuff that's really just not true.  BUT, I'd much rather brush that off with a laugh then have them biitching about how bad I/my company/the policy/the weather/whatever-else-they-decide-is-my-fault is.

    Oh yeah, I much prefer this end of the spectrum compared to the other.  I also have a customer that will pick apart every document I send to him, or it's not there soon enough, or he will conveniently forget to send me addendums that require me to rework everything.
