AW: one month to EDD! and nursery done!

People keep asking me if I'm ready/if I'm freaking out/if I have everything/etc. HELL YEAH! No, I know I could never *really* be 100% READY for what it means to be a new mom, but I can't.freaking.wait. I'll let her keep cookin, but I'm just so excited to meet her. I've also been asked 3 times in the last week while I've been at the grocery store to please not go into labor. Yeah....I have lots of control over that!

I have my first of my weekly internal exams today, and I'm a little nervous for that, but also excited to hear how things are going down there.

My mom came up to help with the finishing up all the last-minute stuff, and the nursery is all done! I got most of the Lambs & Ivy "Doodle Doo" set, so it's not at all girly, but that's kind of what we were going for...

    OMG!! It's getting so close! YAY for finishing the nursery...but, boo for not be able to upload pics (i love looking at Nursery pics). Wish i was still gonna be around to meet lil miss before leaving for the summer. By the time we get back shes gonna be so grown up! If you decide to go into labor and she makes her entrance before the 4th of June you have to let me know!!

    Aaaah!  SOOOO exciting!!!  :D

    And I will be in the angry mob with torches & pitchforks if there's not a nursery PIP later today.  ;)

    It's funny you said that about the grocery store:  When I was lifeguarding one summer during college, there was a woman who looked to be 45 months pregnant who'd go swimming every day.  And every day I re-looked-up the L&D section of my first aid book & praaaayed that she wouldn't go into labor on my watch.  ;)  So I guess I can kind of relate!  Hee hee.
