that they love? I can pull one off line, but this will be consumed by dairy lovers and me, so I feel like I should at least do some legitimate research for their benefit. Or has anyone tried to use goat's milk in recipes instead of cows? Does it work well? It'd be an entire cup, so I'd imagine it would affect the taste a bit...

I always subbed rice milk or coconut milk in baking for DS and I found it worked out well. I find that goat's milk has a distinct strong flavour, so I'm not sure about subbing with it.
That said, I can't seem to find my recipes, so really, I haven't helped you at all.
