Best way to treat heat rash

Iris has a bad rash on her arm and one of her thighs. She slept for awhile in the carseat at my parent's yesterday and think she got overheated. The rash is very bumpy, almost like a bunch of tiny pimples and covers the whole arm.

Would you treat this? It doesn't seem to bother her.

    I put Aquaphor on everything.  So that would be my treatment. Smile

    Ha, yes!  I wonder if Windex can get Aquaphor stains out of my clothes?
