1. I did awesome last week. I walked for fitness 3-4 miles everyday after work (Monday-Wednesday), then walked an additional mile+ to dinner every night. On Saturday I completed the mini. I was totally mentally checked out at mile 2 and wanted to just stop, but by mile 6 I was feeling rejuvenated and ready to finish it. I've said it before and I'll say it again - walking a mini is SO MUCH HARDER than running one.
2. I'm going to attempt a 3 mile jog again this week if I can get this pain in my uterus to go away. I might be converting over to all walking and elliptical from now on, which is fine too.
3. "The Mixed Tape" by Jack's Mannequin "Jump Around" by House of Pain "Burn It to the Ground" by Nickleback "Shake It" by Metro Station
1. How did you do last week? Ok, I usually run about 3 days/week after work, but was too tired most days. Monday - circuit training, Tuesday - pilates, Wednesday - circuit training, Thursday - 4 mile run, Friday - rest, Saturday - 13.1 mile run.
2. Anything you need to start/stop doing next week or improve? Stop being so tired every day after work!
3. Tell us a few of your favorite workout songs that really get you pumped up! I'm looking to add some new stuff to my mix. I'm no help. I listen to Pandora radio.

Ah-hem.....not just a 13.1 mile run, but a PR run while pregnant and laying off training. Congrats again...I am extremely impressed!
1. How did you do last week? Honestly, I can't even remember. My brain is fried today. I did a few treadmill and Jillian Micheal's video sessions.
2. Anything you need to start/stop doing next week or improve? I guess I should keep a record. The last two weeks have run together since we've had a check in.
3. Tell us a few of your favorite workout songs that really get you pumped up! I'm looking to add some new stuff to my mix. I'm no help here. If I'm on the treadmill I watch tv and if I head out I don't listen to anything at all. It's an opportunity to clear my head.

2. Make time to fit some crunches in - have to get rid of this baby belly! Chris and I are also committing to using the Kinect together every night this week that I'm not on call. If we can do that, then we "earn" ourselves the EA Sports Active game, which I think we will really get into.
3. I like straight rock and roll. My favorites if I'm forced to run or do the elliptical are "Fans" by Kings of Leon and "Gideon" by My Morning Jacket.
1. I did alright. I have two standing sessions with a personal trainer, which kick my butt. I actually got outside with V to walk a couple times with her in the stroller.
2. I'd like to get out for more walks now that it's getting warmer. I just wish the blasted weather would cooperate! I also need to get my booty to a Zumba class on Fridays at our church. (They have childcare! I have no excuse!)
3. Anything Lady GaGa, there is a Pump It (Black Eyed Peas) remix that I love, Dimelo remix by Enrique. Anything with a little techno beat in it helps me workout harder!
