s/o lawns- landscaper?

Our lawn is a disaster. It's riddled with weeds, has rocks galore b/c we were the 2nd to last house to be finished in our subdivision. Last year, DH was able to get some of it back, but this spring it's come up and it's just atrocious after last summer's drought. The back is also a bumpy mess. DH thinks we're going to have to "start over"- kill the weeds, level out the back yard with new topsoil, and plant fresh grass.

The thought of this does not excite me but I think it has to be done. Anyway, can anyone recommend a landscaper that could potentially help us with this project? We don't want to break the bank, but we also want it to be done correctly as this is a huge undertaking. One on the east side of town would be even better.
