anyone spotting still?

LO is 3 months and I am still spotting everyday. I have been since the "true" bleeding stop but there is always a little blood when I wipe. I got an IUD and I know that can have break threw bleeding but I just never stopped bleeding even before then put the IUD in, if anything the IUD made the spotting a little lighter. Anyone else still spotting/bleeding? Is it normal to spot for this long?

    me too. My midwife said at this point, it's abnormal and had my thyroid checked out. She also said if I'm still bleeding in a month I should get an ultrasound done. You may want to talk to your ob about it!

    I don't want to alarm you, but I am still spotting 13 weeks PP. I went to the doc because I had a fever and a few days later passed a rather large piece of tissue. It turns out I have retained placenta found by ultrasound. I will have a D&C on Friday to remove it.

    I would call. There might be some retained tissue.

    im still spotting/bleeding on and off too. I am back on the pill, i shouldnt get a period until the 4th week of pills but with both packs ive been on ive started bleeding during the second week of the pills.
