Cramping in the 2ww

Anyone experience cramps after O? I started cramping during the 2ww about 1-2 months before my 2nd pg. Sometimes it starts as early as 1dpo and doesn't really let up until AF shows. It comes in waves but when I'm cramping I feel so annoyed and uncomfortable. Anyone else experience this and if so, what do you do to make it better? Tylenol?

ETA: Just to clarify, I think this cramping is different from O cramps because it lasts throughout the entire 2ww. Not just a day or two.

I seem to have twinges of cramping during the 2ww, but so far it hasn't been strong enough to need anything like Tylenol. If it were that strong and lasted that long I would probably ask my doctor about it, but if he/she wasn't concerned then I'd take Tylenol as needed.

It's happening to me now, and for the past few days. I'm trying to be optimistic and saying its implantation cramps! I know before I got my bfp i thought i was out bc i had such bad pain. I don't take anything for it, just in case. Sorry

I think in reality my cramps aren't that bad, I'm simply a pvssy when it comes to pain (or discomfort). I should have asked my PCP when I saw her in November but it completely slipped my mind. I'll be sure to ask her if/when I make my next appt because the cramping is getting tiresome.

I can't recall ever experiencing that, though I have never really paid attention to this type of stuff until this cycle!

I will say that I think late last night and today I have felt some little O pains. Finally 2 + OPK's when I got home and tested after work! So excited!

I honestly wish I could say this but I can't. I'm only 4dpo today and I have them even during the cycles when I get a BFN.

Maybe I should just get used to the idea that this is now my new "norm" and stop being a whiny baby! LOL

I'm off to go look for Tylenol....

I have had cramps every day in the 2ww, every cycle, since having m/c. I have no clue what it is. Obviously, for me, it isn't implantation since I'm not pregnant. I hope it is for you though! GL

I had cramps in the 2ww but I guess I always associated it with AF cramps. Mine were never really bad to need meds but if they were I would take tylenol. Not sure if Mydol is safe....never checked.

ETA: The last time I got pregnant (oct) I did have really bad cramps the day my period was due and the following day. I found out I was pregnant 2 days later. GL!!!

I was just going to come here and ask this same question! I usually experience cramping at 7DPO and it persists until my period starts. I do not remember having cramps a week before my period (give or take a day) before my miscarriage. I'm praying this cramping I've been having the last few days is a good sign though. Fingers crossed for you, me & everyone else in the 2WW

ETA: I don't usually take anything. I just drink a lot of water.

I get crapms on and off during the whole 2ww. I never used to get them before I got pg. I usually just take some tylenol.

I get them too. I just take Tylenol if needed. I'm always able to convince myself that it's an early pg symptom, but I've had them every cycle since m/c (maybe before, but I didn't pay such close attention). Hopefully this is it for you!

All the time. I always expect to see AF coming anyday to ruin our efforts. My Dr. Recommends Tylenol as needed.

Yup, for the last 4 months or so, sometimes its enough to make me seriously uncomfortable. Tylenol is ok, but I highly recommend tequila.

I might have to take you up on that offer! I think I have about a shotsworth left of tequila. I might as well drink it so it takes up less space in the freezer Stick out tongue . I also found another solution to ease up my cramps. Sex! Hooray for DH getting home early today!

I had this last cycle... I was so paranoid thinking it was an ectopic again, which is silly because I don't think that I would be feeling the effects of that so early on but I was so freaked out. I had lower back pain, and I was getting dizzy and everything, but AF came... I guess its normal??
