I had the same surgery she says she had. I had to have braces before/during/after so that it could all properly align- and they usually wire your jaw shut for a while. So I'd say it was probably cosmetic and not medically/dentally needed like mine.

I just saw that! Not sure...it's like people saying they had nose surgery for a deviated septum. True? Maybe, but the extent of the change doesn't always match the "simplicity" of the procedure.
I don't buy it... Yesterday she denied that she had any type of surgery. If it was actually a "corrective" procedure, then why wouldn't she just fess up and call it that. I think that she realized that people knew what was going on, so she came up with the corrective surgery BS to try to save face (haha... no pun intended).

I call BS, too. Sure, they may have worked on her jaw, but that's a pretty obvious chin implant. Nothing medically necessary about that.
2 years TTC with 5 losses, 1 year recovering, 6 months applying for adoption approval, and almost a year waiting for a placement. Then, a miracle BFP at age 36!

this! There is no reason for the chin implant! LOL at MrsManning's "save face" comment
Me, too. When people do a lot of facial plastic surgery I often think they looked better before.
