Poor Asher looks just like his big sister. I know it's not actually a bad thing, he's just so darn "pretty". I get comments on a regular basis about how cute "she" is. When we went to get pictures with the Easter bunny he was wearing a pink polo and not one person thought he was a boy. I don't really care, and I don't generally correct anyone. BUT, I did decide to compare a picture of him with Charlotte at his age, and just for fun I took a shot of Asher with a headband on. Hehehe, this is what I got. He'll probably want to kill me for this one day :0)
On a side note: these pictures totally show their personalities. It took MAJOR work to get Charlotte to smile when she was a baby. Asher smiles every time you look at him, such a happy little guy.
Re: My kids have the same face......PIP
so stinking cute linds!
c is going to be called a boy her entire life... poor kid
I have always thought your little ones looked very much alike. There's nothing wrong with that, especially since they are so cute!
But I am confused......is that Charlotte on the right, or are they both Asher?
Embarrassed, I should know.
FWIW, I had to cut off Tyler's curls to get people to realize he was a boy. Broke my heart.
Tyler Anthony arrived on 9.21.09
The Chronicles of Justin and Tyler
Haha, I thought I might confuse people with the headband. Asher is on the left with the headband and Charlotte is on the right. I put the headband on him one night at home because I was proving to DH that he would look just like Charlotte with it on. Guess it worked :0)
this!
There is one pic your DH posted on FB that A looks just like him. He has hope!!
Before I even opened this post, I was thinking--"you just figured that out?"
I have always been amazed by how much your kiddos look alike. They are both adorable!
A side note: my aunt has (fraternal) twin boys, who are now almost 11. People ALWAYS thought Jacob was a girl, even though she always had them dressed alike. I think it was his blond ringlets. Anyway, my aunt never corrected people, she said she was flattered that people thought he was pretty enough to be a girl.
So stinking cute!
On a side note, I am the oldest of 4 kids. My mom went through our school pictures one night comparing us in each of the same grades. In other words, she put all of our 1st grade pics together, 2nd grade pics together, etc...
Anyway, in the 2nd grade sets, my brother and I had the EXACT same face. She took an extra picture, labeled the back, cut off the hair, and asked my dad who was who. He couldn't tell the difference.
Fast forward 26 years... we don't look anywhere near alike. It might have to do with the fact that my brother is a stick and well, I'm not, but we really don't look as alike as we once did.
