until my scheduled c-section. And it is such a challenge!

I had my last OB appt this morning and then went into the office.  It was over 90 degress today.  My feet and ankles are so swollen they are unrecognizable! And they are starting to hurt. I don't have any BP issues and the doctor just says swelling is normal - but my feet don't even look like they belong on my body!  Anyone else having severe swelling?

    I've had bad swelling since early on in the pregnancy.

    I DO have blood pressure issues, and my blood pressure medication actually seems to make the swelling worse.

    Best of luck on your C Section! I hope all goes well Smile

    Sorry to hear you're going through this but how exciting that your LO will be in your arms in less then a week!

    Wonderful you're so close!! I had HORRIBLE swelling with my 2nd daughter. I looked HUGE and I felt just miserable...I have so much empathy for you. I didn't have Preeclampsia, surprisingly. But I DID have Edema and my doc kept saying, "Drink less water"--WTH? That was dumb advice (esp. since it was a super hot summer)! Kick your feet up and enjoy this last week!!!! You deserve it!

     Seriously??!!? I have been chugging water to survive in this heat and thinking water helps flush the water retention. At any rate, today was my last day in the office.
    I plan to start relaxing and finalizing some things... and taking as many naps as I can!
