  Baby Boy Born 3.15.11. 8lb 9oz, 21.75in. 6 month stats: 20lb 11oz (92%tile), 30.12in.(100%tile - who knew it went over 99th? Which means 100% of other 6 month olds are shorter than mine!)

  No they are not suppose to have water. They get it in the formula or breastmilk. Are you giving your baby water?

  My pedi told us to give her some water if she has hiccups for awhile- LO isn't a fan of water but the little that she has taken, has helped with hiccups.

  i was wondering about this because summertime in houston is VERY hot and humid and i didn't want addy to get dehydrated.  so we asked the pedi and he said since formula is mostly water anyway she should be ok with just that.  if we start to take her out in the heat i'll make sure she's covered and just give her smaller bottles more frequently.
