What is the difference?

When DS2 was born I had to have his Birth Certificate expedited because we were visiting my family in England 3 months later, he has a Certificate of Live Birth.  With DD since there was no hurry I went through vitachek and ordered one which arrived today and it is a Certificate of Birth.  They look different!  Both from the same county, both from the same office but different Registrars.  Which one is the complete one, I just want to make sure I have the right Certificates for both of them.

ETA I tried to Google this but there is a plethora of misinformation out there and all of it has to do with Trump and Obama!

    They could have just changed the system that they use for the certificates, which can change the look.  We just received DS's in the mail a week ago and it looks different than my cousin's certificate from a year ago.

    DS2's Certificate of live birth had the Dr's name and some other stuff as well as our address on it, DD's Certificate of birth seems a lot more concise, less information.  I'm going to call in the morning and ask.
